Gerald Robert Brinkley is the pastor of The Father’s House Worship Center in West Monroe, Louisiana. He is a graduate of the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and former pastor of Lee Valley Baptist Church in Loranger, Louisiana.

He is the husband of Inez Brinkley, and they have four children: Melissa, Michael, Roland, and Hope. Gerald, a former Southern Baptist pastor, has learned to go deeper in the Lord, and walk in the power and authority that the Lord has given to His children. It is Gerald’s belief that we all can have what the early Christians had.

This book, compiled from Gerald Brinkley’s writings, has been a work in progress for a long time. It will lead the reader to understand, that what Jesus gave to the early church, is for all of us today. Miracles, signs and wonders can be ours. We can heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out demons, and open the eyes of the blind. These gifts that Christ left the church are not just for the special few; they are for every believer who has faith to accept them for today.
